摘 要:文中以滇中引水工程龙潭隧洞工程为研究对象,针对龙潭隧洞2^(#)施工支洞与主洞交叉口地形狭窄、物流组织复杂、相互干扰大等问题,提出在主支洞交叉口设置井底转渣车场,并对比不同方案,确定使用下沉式存渣仓及扒渣机装渣的方案。文中详细阐述了井底下沉式无轨有轨立体转换渣场布置总体方案,该方案在龙潭隧洞工程中取得了成功,有效提高了隧道施工的出渣及物料运输效率。Taking Longtan Tunnel Project of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project as the research object,aiming at the problems of narrow terain,complex logistics organization and large mutual interference at the intersection of the 2^(#)construction branch tunnel and the main tunnel of Longtan Tunnel,it is proposed to set up a bottomhole slag transfer yard at the intersection of the main branch tunnel,and compare different schemes.The scheme of using sinking slag storage warehouse and slag loading by slag scraper is determined.The overall scheme of the bottom-hole sinking trackless three-dimensional conversion slag field layout is described in detail,and the scheme has been successful in Longtan tunnel project,which effectively improves the efficiency of slag discharge and material transportation in tunnel construction.
