摘 要:文中以填海场地的抛填石区桩基工程为例,对比分析了复杂地质条件下多种桩基成孔工艺,确定采用全回转全套管钻机成孔工艺进行抛填石区灌注桩施工。实践证明,全回转全套管钻机成孔工艺较好地解决了深厚抛填石区灌注桩施工困难的问题,经检测,灌注桩的桩身质量均符合设计要求。Taking the pile foundation engineering in the dumping and filling area of the reclamation site as an example,this paper analyzes the comparison of various pile foundation drilling processes under complex geological conditions,and determines the use of the full rotation full casing drilling machine drilling process for the construction of cast-in-place piles in the dumping and flling area.Practical application has proven that the full rotation full casing drilling machine drilling process can effectively solve the problem of difficult construction of cast-in-place piles in deep dumping and filling areas.Through testing,it has been proven that the quality of the pile body of the cast-in-place piles meets the design requirements.
