摘 要:针对薄壁件上的圆孔翻边成形问题,研究了基于三道次数控渐进成形技术的圆孔翻边成形方法和工艺流程。研究了面向三道次数控渐进圆孔翻边工艺的各中间道次成形模型建模、成形轨迹生成和支撑设计方法。采用ANSYS软件对基于三道次数控渐进成形技术的圆孔翻边成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,在分析翻边孔厚度、减薄率和轮廓尺寸精度的基础上,给出了提高翻边孔轮廓尺寸精度的方法。Aiming at the problem of the hole flanging forming on thin-walled parts,the method and process flow of the hole flanging forming based on three-stage CNC incremental forming technology were studied.The methods for supports design,forming model modeling and forming path generation of each intermediate stage of the three-stage CNC incremental hole flanging forming were studied.The finite element numerical simulation of the hole flanging process based on the three-stage CNC incremental forming technology were carried out using ANSYS software.Based on the analysis of the thickness,thinning rate and contour dimension accuracy of the flanging hole,the method for improving the contour dimension accuracy of the flanging hole was given.
