摘 要:为解决煤矿生产工作面由于现场条件的局限性导致通风机性能无法充分发挥的问题,重点对通风机连接直管段长度和正反接弯头下对应的性能进行对比。根据试验需求制定了试验方案,并提出两种试验方案;具体对直管段长度与弯头连接方式对通风机全压的影响进行对比,所得的试验结论可指导实践生产中通风机的安装。In order to solve the problem that the performance of the ventilator cannot be given full play due to the limitations of the site conditions in the working face of the coal mine production,we focus on the comparison of the corresponding performance under the length of the straight section of the ventilator connection and the forward and reverse elbow.Firstly,the test programme is formulated according to the test demand,and two test schemes are proposed;then,the effects of the length of straight pipe section and elbow connection on the full pressure of ventilator are compared,and the test conclusions obtained can guide the installation of ventilator in practical production.
