摘  要:基于采煤机截割部行星机构关键零件结构特征,介绍一种可实现行星机构关键零件疲劳寿命分析的仿真分析方法。此方法需先构建采煤机截割部行星机构关键零件刚柔耦合模型,并由此开展行星机构关键零件动力学分析和疲劳寿命分析。将仿真分析方法应用于工程实践后确认,此种仿真分析方法具有较高的疲劳寿命分析精度。Based on the structural characteristics of the key parts of the planetary mechanism in the cutting section of coal mining machine,a simulation analysis method is introduced to realise the fatigue life analysis of the key parts of the planetary mechanism.This method needs to construct a rigid-flexible coupling model of the key parts of the planetary mechanism in the cutting section of coal mining machine,and then carry out the dynamic analysis and fatigue life analysis of the key parts of the planetary mechanism.After applying the simulation analysis method to engineering practice,it is confirmed that the simulation analysis method has high fatigue life analysis accuracy.
