采煤机导向滑靴等离子熔覆层力学性能研究

摘  要:因煤矿开采环境恶劣,滑靴作为采煤机导向和支撑部件,经常发生失效。等离子熔覆技术具有高能量密度、等离子弧柱温度高、熔覆结合力较强等优点,被认为是较先进的表面处理和再制造技术。通过将等离子熔覆技术应用于采煤机导向滑靴,研究其力学性能,发现其硬度大大提高,有利于井下使用。Due to the harsh environment of coal mining,the slide shoe,as a guiding and supporting part of coal mining machine,often fails.Plasma cladding technology has the advantages of high energy density,high temperature of plasma arc column and strong cladding bonding force,which is regarded as a more advanced surface treatment and remanufacturing technology.By applying the plasma cladding technology to the guiding boots of coal mining machine and studying their mechanical properties,it is found that their hardness is greatly improved,which is favourable for underground use.
