发电机定子铁芯局部断齿及绝缘损坏分析及处理

摘　　要：汽轮发电机的定子结构和山西临汾热电有限公司1号汽轮发电机发生的定子铁芯、线圈烧损划伤故障及处理过程进行介绍和分析。山西临汾热电有限公司1号汽轮发电机自2015年大修投产运行中各项参数正常,无温度、振动超标等其他异常现象。2020年计划性大修时,在进行1号发电机解体抽出1号发电机转子后,发现发电机汽侧定子铁芯压指处有一个烧熔的坑洞,且1号发电机转子表面及定子腔内多处存在划伤情况,联系发电机厂家进行了分析处理。The stator structure of the turbine generator and the stator core and coil burned and scratched faults that occurred in our company's No.1 turbine generator and the treatment process are introduced and analysed.Our company No.1 turbine generator since the 2015 overhaul put into operation in the operation of the parameters are normal,no temperature,vibration exceeds the standard and other abnormal phenomena.2020 planned overhaul,in the No.1 generator disassembly extraction No.1 generator rotor,found that the generator vapour side of the stator core pressure finger at the place of a burnt fusion pit,and No.1 generator rotor surface and stator cavity in a number of places there are scratches,contact the The generator manufacturer was analysed and treated.
