摘 要:基于前和煤矿3110回风顺槽掘进期间在340~530 m范围内煤壁片帮严重,导致回风顺槽两帮收敛量大,伴随着顶板下沉、破碎的问题,通过技术研究合理分析了煤壁片帮主要机理,并根据回采现状对片帮煤柱提出了“深孔超前注浆+超前护帮锚索+桁架锚索”联合控制技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后,有效控制了煤壁片帮现象,两帮收敛量由原来的0.68 m减小至0.21 m,保证了巷道安全快速掘进。Based on the serious coal wall ganging in the range of 340~530 m during the excavation of 3110 backwind tunnel in Qianhe Mine,which leads to large convergence of two gangs in the backwind tunnel,accompanied by the phenomenon of roof sinking and crushing,the main mechanism of coal wall ganging has been reasonably analysed through technical research and the joint control technology of"deep hole super-antecedent grouting+super-antecedent protection anchor cable+truss"is proposed for the ganged column according to the current situation of back mining.Anchor cable"joint control technology,through the actual application of the effect,after the adoption of joint support technology,effective control of coal wall ganging phenomenon,the two gangs convergence from the original 0.68 m to 0.21 m,to ensure the safety of rapid tunneling.
