摘 要:山西某矿井下两个综放工作面同时回采,生产的原煤均汇集到主斜井带式输送机上,导致带式输送机超载运输,无法满足原煤高效运输需要。结合现场情况,提出主斜井带式输送机改造技术,具体为在主斜井带式输送机中部增加驱动装置,并通过变频控制技术实现中部驱动装置与机头驱动装置间转矩、速度均衡;在采面运输顺槽、采区集中运输巷上增设料流传感器实现不同采面煤流量监测,避免汇集到主斜井带式输送机上煤流量过大。主斜井带式输送机改造完成后,设计运量增至5.5 kt/h,基本可满足井下原煤运输需要,为矿井煤炭高效运输奠定了良好基础。In a mine in Shanxi,two complex workings are mined back at the same time,and the raw coal produced is gathered on the belt conveyor of the main inclined shaft,which leads to overloading of the belt conveyor and fails to meet the needs of efficient transport of raw coal.Combined with the site conditions,the main inclined shaft belt conveyor transformation technology is proposed,specifically to increase the driving device in the middle of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor,and achieve the torque and speed balance between the middle driving device and the head driving device through frequency control technology;add material flow sensors in the mining face transport chute and the centralised transport lane of the mining area to achieve the monitoring of the coal flow in different mining faces to avoid the coal flow from the main inclined shaft belt conveyor being too large.The main inclined shaft belt conveyor will be rebuilt.After the transformation of the belt conveyor of the main inclined shaft is completed,the design capacity is increased to 5.5 kt/h,which can basically meet the needs of raw coal transport in the underground,and lays a good foundation for the efficient transport of coal in the mine.
