摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化是高校开展大学生思想政治教育、美育教育和劳动教育的重要资源。该文通过剖析“新文创”在青年思想品格塑造、文化艺术传承、劳动创新实践中的内在教育逻辑,提出高校应当充分审视新业态文化生产环境下的育人模式,展现更多开放思维与创新实践智慧。高校要围绕立德树人根本任务,将中华优秀传统文化融入大学生思想政治教育、文化通识教育、艺术美育教育、社会实践教育、劳动实践教育等环节,探索“新文创”发展理念下的“文化—思政—专业—美育—劳动”融通教学教育模式,促使人才培养目标从“学技谋业”转向“以人为本”,以期实现青年大学生的全面发展。Chinese excellent traditional culture is an important resource for universities to carry out ideological and political education,aesthetic education,and labor education for college students.This article analyzes the inherent educational logic of"new cultural and creative"in shaping the ideological and moral character of young people,inheriting cultural and artistic traditions,and practicing labor innovation.It proposes that universities should fully examine the education model in the new cultural production environment,and demonstrate more open thinking and innovative practical wisdom.Universities should focus on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into various aspects of ideological and political education,cultural general education,artistic and aesthetic education,social practice education,and labor practice education for college students,explore the integrated teaching and education model of"culture ideological and political education major aesthetic education labor"under the development concept of"new cultural and creative",and promote the shift of talent cultivation goals from"learning skills and seeking careers"to"people-oriented",In order to achieve the comprehensive development of young college students.
