摘  要:系统能控性和系统能观测性是“现代控制理论”中的两个重要概念。系统能控性反映了控制输入对状态的支配能力,系统能观测性表示了系统输出对状态的反映能力。笔者拟把高校图书馆看成一个系统,把学校的统一领导和图书馆应遵循的各类规章制度看成系统的“输入”,把图书馆建设取得的成果和经验看成系统的“输出”,图书馆建设过程中采取的各项举措看成系统的“状态变量”,尝试把高校图书馆建模为一个具有“多输入多输出”的多状态变量系统,并且是一个输入能控、输出能观测的系统,进而运用“现代控制理论”中“系统能控性、系统能观测性”的理念为高校图书馆的建设建言献策。The system controllability and system observability are two important concepts in"modern control theory".The system controllability reflects the control input's ability to dominate the states,while the system observability represents the system output's ability to reflect the states.The authors intend to treat the library of Anhui Polytechnic University as a system.The unified leadership of the school leaders and the various rules and regulations that the library should follow intend to be viewed as the"inputs"of the system.The achievements and experiences of library construction will be regarded as the"outputs"of the system.The various methods taken during the library construction process can be seen as the"state variables"of the system.The authors attempt to model the library of Anhui Polytechnic University as a system with multiple inputs and multiple outputs,which can be controlled by the control inputs and observed by the outputs.Then,the authors hope to provide suggestions for the construction of the Library of Anhui Polytechnic University through applying the concepts of"the system controllability"and"the system observability"in"modern control theory".
