摘 要:目的研究防己茯苓颗粒的制备工艺,探寻最佳制备工艺路线。方法以总黄酮含量和总多糖含量为评价指标,采用正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺;采用单因素试验对浸膏相对密度、赋形剂种类、赋形剂及矫味剂用量进行考察;以吸湿率、成型率、溶化率、休止角、口感的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验对赋形剂用量、赋形剂混合比例、矫味剂用量进一步筛选最佳成型工艺。结果最佳制备工艺为:以8倍量80%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5 h;醇提后的药渣再以10倍量的水,提取2次,每次1.5 h。合并醇提液和水提液,浓缩至一定密度的浸膏与混合赋形剂糊精-乳糖(1:2)按1:3.5的比例混合均匀,柠檬酸的添加量为0.2%。结论建立的制备工艺方案合理可行,所制颗粒质量可控。Objective To study the preparation technology of Fangji Fuling granules and explore the best preparation process route.Methods The optimal extraction technology was selected by orthogonal test with the content of total flavonoids and total polysaccharide as evaluation indexes.The relative density of extract,types of vehicle,dosage of vehicle and the flavoring agent were investigated by single factor test.With the comprehensive score of moisture absorption rate,forming rate,melting rate,resting Angle and taste as evaluation index,orthogonal test was used to further investigate and screen the best forming process for the dosage of vehicle,the mixing proportion of vehicle and the dosage of flavor corrector.Results The optimum preparation process was as follows:extraction with 8 times 80% ethanol twice,each time for 1.5 h;after alcohol extraction,the residue was extracted with 10 times the amount of water for 2 times,each time for 1.5 h.The ethanol extract and water extract were combined,and the extract concentrated to a certain density was evenly mixed with starch gum-lactose to mixed vehicle(1:2)at the ratio of 1:3.5,and the added amount of citric acid was 0.2%.Conclusion The established preparation process is reasonable and feasible,and the quality of the prepared particles is controllable.
