摘  要:目的优化甜菊苷生产的絮凝工艺,对絮凝废弃物中的绿原酸类成分进行提取工艺研究。方法以绿原酸、异绿原酸A转移率和莱鲍迪苷A保留率的综合评分为指标,综合考虑透光率,通过单因素考察确定最佳絮凝工艺。以绿原酸、异绿原酸A转移率为指标,通过正交实验设计,考察乙醇浓度、pH、溶剂量对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳絮凝工艺条件为:聚合氯化铝用量为5%,室温搅拌3min,无需静置,绿原酸、异绿原酸A转移率和莱鲍迪苷A保留率的综合评分为83.24%。最佳提取工艺条件为pH=1,8倍量60%乙醇提取绿原酸类成分,板泥中绿原酸、异绿原酸A百分含量分别为0.96%、3.29%。结论优选的絮凝提取工艺提取率高、重复性好,适用于甜菊苷生产固体废弃物中绿原酸类成分的提取。Objective To optimize the flocculation process of stevioside production and study the extraction process of chlorogenic acids from the flocculated waste board mud.Methods The transfer rate of chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A and the retention rate of rebaudioside A were taken as the index,the light transmittance was considered and the optimal flocculation process was determined by single factor.With the transfer rate of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A as index,the effects of ethanol concentration,pH and solvent on the extraction process were investigated through orthogonal experiment design.Results The optimal flocculation conditions were as follows:the dosage of polyaluminum chloride was 5%,stirring at room temperature for 3 min without standing,the comprehensive score of transfer rate of chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A and retention rate of rebaudioside A were 83.24%.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:when pH was 1,8 times the amount of 60%ethanol extracted chlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A contents were 0.96%and 3.29%,respectively.Conclusion The optimized flocculation extraction technology has high extraction rate and good repeatability,and its suitable for the extraction of chlorogenic acids from solid waste of stevioside production.
