摘 要:PY41型柱塞式孔板应用于非核级PORV排放管线,对其水力性能开展了冷态条件下的数值模拟计算,并开展了冷态和热态试验。在冷态工况下,数值模拟计算数据与试验数据相互吻合,表明k-εRNG湍流模型和Zwart-Gerber-Belamri空化模型可以准确预测柱塞式孔板的冷态性能。热态试验表明:PY41柱塞式孔板冷态和热态工况下的压降性能参数存在对应关系,当其性能参数达到冷态设计要求时,也会满足热态设计要求。This article studies the application of the PY41 plunger-type orifice plate in non-nuclear grade PORV discharge pipelines.The hydraulic performance of the PY41 orifice plate is numerically simulated under cold conditions,and cold and hot tests are conducted.Under cold conditions,the numerical simulation data and test data match each other,indicating that the k-epsilon RNG turbulence model and Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model can accurately predict the cold performance of the plunger-type orifice plate.The hot test shows a corresponding relationship between the pressure drop performance parameters of the PY41 plunger-type orifice plate under cold and hot conditions.When its performance parameters meet the cold design requirements,they will also meet the hot design requirements.
