摘　　要：针对DSN型户内电磁锁在10 kV高压开关柜防误操作中存在的安全漏洞进行研究。通过分析DSN型户内电磁锁的工作原理和安全性能,发现使用机械钥匙操作时DSN型户内电磁锁缺乏电气联锁功能,存在一定的安全隐患。为增强DSN型户内电磁锁的安全性和可靠性,在保留其原有功能的前提下,通过完善电磁锁内部联动机构并引入断路器合闸位置信号,实现了在断路器带电状态下误用机械钥匙解锁操作时的电气联锁功能。实验结果表明,改进后的DSN型户内电磁锁具备有效的安全防护功能,为电气设备安全运行提供保障。In this paper,the security loopholes of DSN type indoor electromagnetic lock in the high voltage switch cabinet are studied.Analyzing the working principle and security performance of DSN type indoor electromagnetic lock,it has found that there are certain risks when operating with mechanical key,due to the lack of electrical interlock function.In order to enhance the safety and reliability of DSN type indoor electromagnetic lock,the electrical interlock function is realized when the circuit breaker is in the live state by improving the internal linkage mechanism of the electromagnetic lock and introducing the closing position signal of the circuit breaker.The experimental results show that the improved DSN indoor electromagnetic lock has effective security protection function and can guarantee the safe operation of electrical equipment.
