摘 要:提出了商用车电控机械制动器(electro-mechanicalbrake,EMB)结构方案,对其进行了结构设计与参数匹配,并建立了EMB三维模型。为验证EMB制动性能,建立了机电耦合动力学模型,制定了制动夹紧力控制策略,并在输入为阶跃信号、斜坡信号和正弦信号时对EMB的动态响应特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在典型工况下,EMB响应过程中各项参数变化趋势与预期相符。A structural scheme of electro-mechanical brake(EMB)for commercial vehicles was pro-posed.The structural design and parameter matching were carried out,and a three-dimensional EMB model was established.In order to verify the braking performance of EMB,the electro-mechanical cou-pling dynamics model was established,and the control strategy of the braking clamping force was devel-oped.In addition,the dynamic response characteristics of EMB were simulated and analyzed with the input of step,ramp,and sine signals.The experimental results show that in typical working conditions,the variation trend of various parameters in the response process of EMB meets the expectation.
