Synergistic Innovation Strategy for Key Generic Technology of Digit-intelligence Empowering Advanced Manufacturing Industry

摘  要:针对数智化转型与不转型情景,构建Stackelberg模型考察数智技术对先进制造业创新的赋能作用,研究企业数智化转型对关键共性技术协同创新的影响。结果表明:数智技术有助于先进制造业创新价值链重构,通过链长式协同平台能推动企业数智化转型;数智技术能推动先进制造业协同研发关键共性技术,但受到数字融合度、智能障碍度和智能化成本的制约;数字融合度和智能障碍度是关键共性技术出现“研发失灵”的重要诱因;若在复杂智能化环境下运行激励机制,则低数字化企业将主动投入少量资源开展数智化转型。In view of the digit-intelligence transformation or not scenario,the Stackelberg model was constructed to investigate the empowerment effect of digit-intelligence technology on the innovation of the advanced manufacturing industry and study the impact of enterprises’digit-intelligence transforma-tion on the synergistic innovation of key generic technology.The results show that digit-intelligence technology helps reconstruct the innovation value chain of the advanced manufacturing industry and promotes the digit-intelligence transformation of enterprises through the chain-length collaborative platform.Digital intelligence technology can promote the collaborative research and development(R&D)of key common technologies in the advanced manufacturing industry,but it is restricted by digi-tal integration degree,intelligent obstacle degree,and intelligent cost.The degrees of digital integration and intelligent obstacles are the important causes of the“R&D failure”of key generic technologies.If the incentive mechanism is operated in a complex intelligent environment,enterprises with a low degree of digitization will actively invest a small number of resources to achieve digit-intelligence transformation.
