摘 要:[目的]明确8.5%吡唑醚菌酯·咯菌腈·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂和12%吡唑醚菌酯·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂最佳配方,研制防治玉米茎腐病的高效、低毒种衣剂。[方法]采用湿式超微粉碎法制备了6个8.5%吡唑醚菌酯·咯菌腈·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂样品和6个12%吡唑醚菌酯·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂样品,通过种衣剂性能和质量检测确定最佳配方,并对最佳配方种衣剂进行室内安全性检测和田间茎腐病防效验证。[结果]8.5%吡唑醚菌酯·咯菌腈·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂最优配方:吡唑醚菌酯5%,精甲霜灵1%,咯菌腈2.5%,YUS-FS30005%,YUS-DF1011.5%,BX 0.5%,稳定剂4%,黄原胶0.4%,消泡剂0.1%,8%PVA17885%,警戒色1%,水补足。12%吡唑醚菌酯·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂最佳配方:吡唑醚菌酯10%,精甲霜灵2%,YUS-FS30005%,YUS-DF1012%,稳定剂4%,黄原胶0.3%,硅酸镁铝1%,消泡剂0.1%,8%PVA17885%,警戒色1%,水补足。这2个配方对玉米生长安全,同时对玉米茎腐病的田间防效均达到80%以上。[结论]开发的8.5%吡唑醚菌酯·咯菌腈·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂和12%吡唑醚菌酯·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂对玉米茎腐病防效显著,为进一步开展玉米茎腐病的田间防治奠定了基础。[Aims] The aims of this study is to verify the best formula of pyraclostrobin·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M8.5% suspension concentrate for seed treatment(FS) and pyraclostrobin·metalaxyl-M 12% FS, and develop the highly efficient and low toxic seed coating agent used for controlling maize stalk rot. [Methods] 6 Formulations of pyraclostrobin·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M 8.5% FS and 6 formulations of pyraclostrobin·metalaxyl-M 12% FS were developed with the method of wet milling. The optimum formula was determined by testing the properties and quality of the seed coating agent, and the safety of the seed coating agent was tested in the laboratory and the control efficacy against maize stalk rot in the field was verified. [Results] The best formula of pyraclostrobin·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M8.5% FS was as follows: pyraclostrobin 5%, metalaxyl-M 1%, fludioxonil 2.5%, YUS-FS3000 5%, YUS-DF1011.5%, BX 0.5%, ethylene glycol 4%, xanthan gum 0.4%, defoamer 0.1%, 8% PVA1788 5%, warning color 1%, water74%. The best formulation of pyraclostrobin·metalaxyl-M 12% FS was as follows: pyraclostrobin 10%, metalaxyl-M2%, YUS-FS3000 5%, YUS-DF10 2%, ethylene glycol 4%, xanthan gum 0.3%, magnesium and aluminum silicate1%, defoamant 0.1%, 8% PVA1788 5%, warning color 1%, water 69.6%. The two formulations were safe for maize growth, and their field control efficiency against maize stalk rot was more than 80%. [Conclusions] Pyraclostrobin·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M 8.5% FS and pyraclostrobin·metalaxyl-M 12% FS developed in this study have significant control against maize stalk rot, laying a foundation for further field control study of maize stalk rot.
