摘 要:目前在测定聚乙烯醇纤维(含有蛋白)与桑蚕丝混纺产品的纤维含量时普遍采用化学法,而2.5%氢氧化钠溶解桑蚕丝时,会对聚乙烯醇纤维(含有蛋白)产生一定的损伤,导致结果不够准确。本文采用物理法,借助高倍投影仪、纤维细度分析仪等设备,对聚乙烯醇纤维(含有蛋白)与桑蚕丝的纵向和横截面形态结构进行观察和分析,实现了对两种纤维的鉴别,进而再利用图像分析软件的统计计算功能,算出每种纤维的横截面面积平均值。结合各自的计算根数,这样可以计算出各组纤维的百分比含量。试验表明,物理法结果数据稳定,结果准确且环保。Currently,the chemical method is commonly used to determine the fiber content of polyvinyl alcohol fibers(containing protein)and blended products with mulberry silk.However,when 2.5%sodium hydroxide is used to dissolve mulberry silk,it can cause certain damage to polyvinyl alcohol fibers(containing protein),resulting in inaccurate results.In this study,a physical method was employed to observe and analyze the longitudinal and cross-sectional morphological structures of polyvinyl alcohol fibers(containing protein)and mulberry silk using high-power projectors,fiber fineness analyzers,and other equipment,achieving the identification of the two types of fibers.Then,with the help of image analysis software’s statistical calculation function,the average cross-sectional area of each fiber was calculated.Combining their respective calculation roots,the percentage content of each fiber group can be calculated.The experiment showed that the physical method yielded stable and more accurate results,while being environmentally friendly.
