摘　　要：硫化染料常用于含有棉、再生纤维素纤维以及棉/涤纶混纺织物的染色,被广泛应用于牛仔服装中。但目前关于牛仔服装中硫酸根离子的测定方法尚缺乏,本研究通过简单超声提取、固相萃取净化结合离子色谱法对牛仔服装中的硫酸根等阴离子进行了测定,6种阴离子的定量限为1.25 mg/kg,加标回收率在95.7%~116.4%范围,相对标准偏差在2.9%~7.9%范围,该方法能够满足日常检测的要求。在此基础上,研究了新生产的硫化染料染色牛仔裤以及发生脆化的牛仔裤中硫酸根离子的含量以及撕破强力的变化,试验结果与预期一致。Vulcanized dyes are commonly used to dye fabrics containing cotton,recycled cellulose fibers,and cotton/polyester blends,which are widely used in denim clothing.However,there is still a lack of methods for the determination of sulfate ions in denim clothing.In this study,simple ultrasonic extraction,solid phase extraction and purification combined with ion chromatography were used to determine sulfates and other anions in denim clothing.The limit of quantification of 6 anions was 1.25 mg/kg.The recovery rate was in the range of 95.7%~116.4%,and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 2.9%~7.9%,which can meet the requirements of daily detection.On this basis,the changes of sulfate ion content and tearing strength in jeans dyed with sulphide dye and jeans with embrittlement were studied.The experimental results are in agreement with the expectation.
