摘  要:针对18CrNiMo7-6锻打热处理后高温渗碳出现混晶现象,对锻后不同热处理工艺及冷却速度试样进行了对比分析,认为不同热处理及冷却速度对AlN析出长大起到至关作用,快速冷却的试样在回火过程中析出物细小、弥散分布,在高温渗碳过程中起到钉扎晶界作用,阻碍晶粒长大,防止高温渗碳混晶。In response to the phenomenon of mixed crystals in high-temperature carburization of 18CrNiMo7-6 after forging heat treatment,a comparative analysis was conducted on samples with different heat treatment processes and cooling rates after forging.It is believed that different heat treatment and cooling rates play a crucial role in the growth of AlN precipitation.Samples with rapid cooling have small and dispersed precipitates during the annealing process,which plays a role in pinning grain boundaries and hinders grain growth during high-temperature carburization,and prevents high-temperature carburization and crystal mixing.
