摘 要:以S30478为原材料的30/20热轧预埋槽道为研究对象,通过疲劳试验,对多批次的疲劳破坏试样进行了外观、金相组织及扫描电镜分析,找出不锈钢槽道疲劳试验提前破坏的原因,发现槽道锚杆的铆接方式、槽道角部表面质量及固溶热处理工艺会影响疲劳开裂,其中槽道内角部表面凹陷或皱褶是主要原因。Using S30478 as the raw material,the 30/20 hot-rolled pre-embedded groove was taken as the research object.Through fatigue testing,the appearance,metallographic structure,and scanning electron microscopy analysis of multiple batches of fatigue failure samples were carried out to identify the reasons for the early failure of stainless steel groove fatigue testing.It was found that the riveting method of the groove anchor rod,the surface quality of the groove corner,and the solid solution heat treatment process were the reasons for fatigue cracking.The main reason is the concave or wrinkled surface at the inner corners of the groove.
