冲压用低合金钢加工缺陷分析及设计优化

摘  要:对正常板和冲压开裂样件沿宽度方向不同位置对应的表面、1/4和中心三个区域(沿厚度中心)组织、夹杂物及其性能进行分析。结果表明:从表面到中心,铁素体含量逐渐减少,上贝氏体含量逐渐增加,同时存在魏氏组织,降低了材料的延伸率,恶化了材料的成型性能。通过采取调整层冷冷却工艺、降低终轧温度、提高卷取温度等措施进行优化,并将生产出的产品进行冲压验证,验证结果表明,产品成型性能良好,R角位置和筋膜位置均未发生开裂,可完全满足冷加工使用要求。The microstructure,inclusions,and properties of the surface,1/4,and center regions(along the thickness center)corresponding to different positions along the width direction of normal plates and stamped cracked specimens were analyzed.The results show that the ferrite content gradually decreases from the surface to the center,while the upper bainite content gradually increases.At the same time,there is a Weinstein structure,which reduces the elongation of the material and deteriorates its formability.By adopting measures such as adjusting the layer cooling process,reducing the final rolling temperature,and increasing the coiling temperature for optimization,and conducting stamping verification on the produced products.The verification result shows the forming performance is good,and there is no cracking at the R corner position and fascia position,which can fully meet the requirements of cold processing.
