摘  要:为解决当前高钒铁合金炉外冶炼工艺落后、工序设计不合理,最终导致的钒回收率低、产品质量不均以及成本高的问题,在对高钒铁炉外精炼工艺流程进行综合分析的基础上,采用高试验方案对喷吹工艺对炉外冶炼工艺的改善效果进行对比分析,并重点研究了喷吹料粒度和喷吹量对喷吹效果,为今后电炉冶炼工艺的优化提供了理论基础。In order to solve the problems of low vanadium recovery rate,uneven product quality,and high cost caused by the outdated and unreasonable process design of the current high vanadium iron alloy smelting process outside the furnace,based on a comprehensive analysis of the high vanadium iron refining process flow outside the furnace,a high test plan was adopted to compare and analyze the improvement effect of the spraying process on the outside smelting process,and the effect of the spraying material particle size and spraying amount on the spraying effect was mainly studied.This provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of future electric furnace smelting processes.
