摘  要:矾山磷矿原采用YGZ-90型钻机、QZJ-100B潜孔钻机钻凿65 mm、100 mm孔径中深孔一次爆破成井,由于西区矿房切割井施工量大、爆破成井率低,制约西区充填法采矿生产能力。为解决矿房切割井成井速度慢、成本高、成功率低的问题,设计对一次爆破成井孔网参数进行调整和优化。确定了合理可行的掏槽方式及孔网参数、分段爆破高度、装药结构及装药量、起爆顺序及延期时间。据现场统计分析,一次爆破成井效果良好,可推广应用。The Fanshan Phosphate Mine originally used YGZ-90 drilling rig and QZJ-100B down-hole drilling rig to drill 65 mm and 100 mm medium deep holes through one-time blasting.However,due to the large construction volume and low blasting completion rate of the cutting wells in the western mining area,the production capacity of the filling method mining in the western area is restricted.To solve the problems of slow completion speed,high cost,and low success rate of mining room cutting wells,this paper designs to adjust and optimize the parameters of a single blasting well network.Reasonable and feasible excavation methods and hole network parameters,segmented blasting height,charging structure and quantity,detonation sequence and delay time have been determined.According to on-site statistical analysis,the effect of a single blasting on well completion is good and can be promoted and applied.
