摘 要:连城分公司的世界首条500 kA电解铝生产线受槽型大、电流密度大及原材物料等方面的影响,投产以来,除主要指标电耗无根本改善外,氧化铝、阳极毛耗等物料消耗达标,且槽寿命达到预期。基于此,工艺技术团队成员对电解槽磁场和流场设计、炉膛尺寸和母线配置、热平衡和散热分布、电解质成分控制、物料平衡及自控系统等方面进行分析研究、不断探索寻优,确保了系统平稳运行。The world's first 500 kA electrolytic aluminum production line of Liancheng Branch has been affected by factors such as large tank size,high current density,and raw materials.Since its commissioning,except for no fundamental improvement in the main indicators of electricity consumption,the consumption of materials such as alumina and anode wool has met the standard,and the tank life has reached the expected level.Based on this,members of the process technology team conducted analysis and research on the design of the magnetic field and flow field of the electrolytic cell,furnace size and busbar configuration,thermal balance and heat dissipation distribution,electrolyte composition control,material balance and self-control system,and continuously explored and optimized to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
