摘 要:环保设备的稳定运行能最大限度地保证能源环保指标的完成。钢铁企业必须改变“应急维修为主导,计划检修为辅助”的传统被动式机械设备管理模式,引入先进的六西格玛精益管理理念,充分利用精益六西格玛路径工具—DMAIC模型,主动对影响炼钢除尘系统稳定性因素逐一分析排列,对关键因子进行改善优化,以此降低环保设备故障率,提高设备综合利用率,最终实现项目负能炼钢的既定目标。The stable operation of environmental protection equipment can maximize the achievement of energy and environmental protection indicators.Steel enterprises must change the traditional passive mechanical equipment management mode of"emergency maintenance as the mainstay and planned maintenance as the auxiliary",introduce advanced Six Sigma lean management concepts,fully utilize the Lean Six Sigma path tool-DMAIC model,actively analyze and arrange the factors that affect the stability of the steelmaking dust removal system,improve and optimize the key factors,in order to reduce the failure rate of environmental protection equipment and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment,ultimately achieving the established goal of negative energy steelmaking in the project.
