摘 要:某公司冷轧多条连续产线投入米巴赫激光焊机,近10年来曾因焊机对中问题导致产线异常停车降速10余起。为保证产线连续生产稳定性,对米巴赫激光焊机对中装置系统组成和检测原理进行分析,根据产线存在的问题制定相应的维护措施,预防关键设备发生损坏的隐患,提升极限对中能力,优化对中装置检测模式,优化对中参数控制分组,解决了产线运行过程中由于对中问题造成的跑偏停车问题,避免了由焊缝断带等造成的重大经济损失。A certain company has put into operation Mibach laser welding machines on multiple continuous cold rolling production lines.In the past 10 years,the production line has experienced abnormal shutdowns and speed reductions due to welding machine alignment issues,resulting in more than 10 instances.To ensure the continuous production stability of the production line,an analysis was conducted on the composition and detection principle of the alignment device system of the Mibach laser welding machine.Based on the problems existing in the production line,corresponding maintenance measures were formulated to prevent the hidden dangers of key equipment damage,improve the maximum alignment ability,optimize the detection mode of the alignment device,optimize the grouping of alignment parameter control,and solve the problem of deviation and parking caused by alignment problems during the operation of the production line,avoiding significant economic losses caused by weld seam breakage and other factors.
