摘　　要：医院科研管理工作涉及的内容和事项比较多,需要做好从项目申请立项到科研成果转化全过程、精细化的管理。推进科研管理信息化能更好地协助工作实施,提高医院科研管理工作成效,助力医院的可持续健康发展。本文主要分析科研管理信息化对医院科研工作产生的影响,就如何提高科研管理信息化水平提出一些建议对策。There are many contents and items involved in hospital scientific research management,so it is necessary to perform well in the whole process and meticulous management from project application and initiation to scientific research achievement transformation.Promoting scientific research management informatization can better assist the implementation of the work,improve the effectiveness of hospital scientific research management and help the sustainable and healthy development of the hospital.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of scientific research management informatization on hospital scientific research work,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the level of scientific research management informatization.
