摘 要:目前,我国城市发展方式正由外延扩张式向内涵提升式转变,以存量资源推进城市更新,已成为新时代城市空间治理的一个重点。2023年,住房城乡建设部发布《关于扎实有序推进城市更新工作的通知》,强调把城市体检发现的问题短板作为城市更新的重点,这为企业提供了新的视角来审视低效楼宇节能低碳改造工作。本文以北京金融科技示范区低效楼宇升级改造项目为例,分析总结其成功经验和共性模式,为企业在城市更新背景下开展低效楼宇节能低碳改造提供参考借鉴。At present,China's big cities are in the development period of stock renewal,the work content and methods of urban renewal are facing major transformation challenges,and the"Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the solid and orderly promotion of urban renewal work"put forward in 2023 clearly emphasizes the importance of the problems found in the urban physical examination as the focus of urban renewal work.It also provides enterprises with a new perspective to examine the problem of energy-efficient and low-carbon retrofitting of inefficient buildings.By studying the typical cases of low-efficiency building upgrading in Beijing's fintech demonstration zone,this paper analyses and summarizes its successful experience and common patterns,aiming to provide a practical and effective implementation path for enterprises to transform low-efficiency buildings into energy-saving and low-carbon buildings in the context of urban renewal.
