摘　　要：随着技术手段和思想观念的进步,生态城市、数字城市、海绵城市、智能城市等诸多新型城市规划方案正在逐渐变为现实。建筑设计是城市规划中的基础,直接关系着城市的形象和市民的日常工作生活,因此对当前新形势下的建筑设计和城市规划展开研究具有极其重要的现实意义。本文将首先对建筑设计和城市规划的观念和关系进行阐述分析,随后对新形势下的建筑设计和城市规划思路展开探讨。With the advancement of technological means and ideological concepts,many new urban planning schemes such as ecological cities,digital cities,sponge cities,and smart cities are gradually becoming reality.Architectural design is the foundation of urban planning,and is directly related to the image of the city and the daily work and life of citizens.Therefore,conducting research on architectural design and urban planning under the current new situation has extremely important practical significance.This paper will first elaborate and analyze the concepts and relationships between architectural design and urban planning,and then explore the ideas of architectural design and urban planning under the new situation.
