摘　　要：市政环卫工程在我国属于一项具备基本性质的民生工程,其项目主体主要是由政府实行投资并对成本实现有效管控,可以合理削弱成本开销,确保资源成本在一定量的消耗后,环卫项目能发挥出自身的巨大价值。本文主要在市政环卫工程中针对项目在施工角度的成本管理和控制工作展开探讨,以某工程为具体案例,对其在成本控制策略层面做了详细论述,以供参考。Municipal environmental sanitary engineering project is a basic livelihood project in China,and the main body of the project is mainly invested by the government and the cost is effectively controlled,which can reasonably reduce the cost and ensure that the environmental sanitary project can play its own great value after a certain amount of resource cost consumption.This paper mainly discusses the cost management and control of the project from the perspective of construction in municipal environmental sanitary engineering,and takes a project as a specific case to discuss the cost control strategy in detail for reference.
