摘 要:试验桩承载力自平衡法检测与以往堆载法不同,此方法采用的是在施工过程中将能够满足桩承载力参数要求的荷载箱浇筑于桩身内,引出加压油管和位移测量装置至桩顶,待混凝土强度达到要求后,在桩顶通过高压油泵供油至桩身内荷载箱加压,得出桩端承载力及桩侧摩阻力,为设计和施工提供依据。本文旨在对试验桩承载力采用自平衡法检测进行探讨,供类似工况参考。The self-balancing method for testing the bearing capacity of test piles is different from the previous pile loading method.This method uses a load box that can meet the requirements of the pile bearing capacity parameters to be poured into the pile body during the construction process,and a pressurized oil pipe and displacement measurement device are introduced to the pile top.After the concrete strength meets the requirements,the load box inside the pile body is pressurized by a highpressure oil pump at the pile top to obtain the pile end bearing capacity and pile side friction resistance,providing a basis for design and construction.This paper aims to explore the self-balancing method for testing the bearing capacity of test piles,for reference in similar working conditions.
