民办高校建设创新创业型大学的价值意蕴、现实境遇和进阶路径——以湛江科技学院为例

摘　　要：民办高校创新创业型大学建设是培养应用型人才的必然选择,是学校培育品牌特色和竞争优势的重要途径。湛江科技学院在创新创业型大学建设中初显成效,但是也面临建设观念意识滞后、创新创业资金来源单一、跨学科合作成果不彰、技术转移组织与机制不健全等境遇,为了突破建设困境,总结并借鉴斯坦福大学和电子科技大学的建设经验,从树立服务社会的建设理念出发,建立以需求为导向的技术转移组织、整合多方创新创业资源、构建创新创业型大学评价指标体系等,分阶段分步骤地推进民办高校创新创业型大学建设,为民办高校高质量发展开辟了新路径。The construction of innovative and entrepreneurial university is an inevitable choice for cultivating applied talents and an important way to cultivate brand characteristics and competitive advantages.Zhanjiang University of Science and Technology has made initial achievements in the construction of an innovative and entrepreneurial university,but it is also faced with such problems as lagging construction concept,single source of innovation and entrepreneurship funds,insufficient results of interdisciplinary cooperation,and imperfect organization and mechanism of technology transfer.In order to break through the construction difficulties and summarize and draw lessons from the construction experience of Stanford University and UESTC,It tries to promote the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial universities in stages and steps from the aspects of establishing the construction concept of serving the society,demand-oriented technology transfer organization,integration of multi-party innovation and entrepreneurial resources,and construction of evaluation index system of innovative and entrepreneurial universities,thus opening up a new path for the high-quality development of private universities.
