摘 要:户外运动是我国高校开设的一门体育教育新课程,旨在丰富我国户外运动的多元化发展,全面培养合格的全方位创新型人才。在开设此课程的同时,构建并完善这一课程体系,一是可以极大地开阔大学生的运动形式视野,增强学生的运动兴趣;二是可以有效地拓展大学体育教学形式与内容,同时丰富体育课程类型,最终达到有效提升大学生身体素质及健康水平的目的。该文从核心素养视域,讨论并阐述了户外运动课程的教学目标、教学内容设计、教学方法及评价方法等内容。Outdoor sports is a new physical education course offered by Chinese universities,and it aims to enrich the diversified development of outdoor sports in China and comprehensively cultivate qualified,all-round and innovative talents.This course is offered,and this curriculum system is built and improved.Firstly,it can greatly broaden the vision of college students'sports forms and enhance their interest in sports.Secondly,it can effectively expand the form and content of college physical education teaching,enrich the types of physical education courses,and ultimately effectively improve the physical fitness and health level of college students.This article discusses and expounds the teaching objectives,teaching content design,teaching methods and evaluation methods of the outdoor sports course from the perspective of core literacy.
