摘　　要：该文采用体育健康素养问卷对医卫类在校大学生进行问卷调查,旨在了解体育视角下大学生的健康素养水平,并分析不同专业大学生健康素养的差异性,为针对性开展健康教育及体育教学提供科学依据。研究显示,医卫类大学生具备良好的体育运动知识、生长发育知识和较高的预防疾病意识、运动参与行为以及健康管理能力。不同专业大学生在体育运动知识、心肺复苏基本操作、处理运动损伤方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。药学专业学生的体育健康素养总体水平相比其他专业较低。学校可通过跨学科融合教学、社团实践服务、体育赛事等方式进行健康教育,推进“体育+医学”健康品牌建设,发挥多方协同力量,促进当代大学生健康素养的形成。This article investigated medical and health college students by health literacy questionnaires to understand the level of the health literacy of college students from the perspective of physical education,and analyzed the differences in the health literacy of college students from different majors,so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted health education and physical education.The study has showed that medical and health college students had the good knowledge of sports and growth and development,and the higher awareness of disease prevention,sports participation behaviors and health management abilities,there were significant differences in sports knowledge,the basic operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the treatment of sports injuries among college students from different majors(P<0.05),and that the overall level of the physical health literacy of students majoring in pharmacy was relatively lower than that of other majors.Schools can carry out health education through the methods of interdisciplinary integratied teaching,community practice services and sports events,promote the construction of a"sports+medicine"health brand,and give full play to the collaborative efforts of multiple parties,so as to promote the formation of the health literacy of contemporary college students.
