摘　　要：详细介绍沙嘴电站1号水轮发电机组大修关键工艺要点,包括拆机、基础环修复、转轮更换、转轮与下止漏环配合间隙检查、转轮与主轴连接工艺、导水机构更换预装、机组推中心、盘车与推力轴承调整等,每项检修作业均应达到相应规范、规程的技术指标,并分析了水轮机转轮螺栓安装过程中发生螺纹锁死现象的原因及预防措施,可供同类型机组检修参考。The key techniques in the major overhaul of the 1#hydro-turbine generator unit in Shazhui Hydropower Station are introduced in detail,including the unit dismantling,repair of the foundation ring,replacement of the runner,inspection of the clearance between the runner and the lower sealing ring,inspection of the connection between the runner and the main shaft,replacement and pre-installation of the water guide mechanism,and adjustment of the unit thrust center,turning gear and thrust bearing.Each maintenance operation should meet the technical requirements of the corresponding specifications and regulations.Also,the causes of the thread locking problem during the installation process of the runner bolts are analyzed and some prevention measures are given.It could be useful reference for the maintenance of same type units.
