摘  要:水轮发电机组碳刷-滑环装置能否正常运转直接影响着励磁系统的运行,从而对发电机组的安全稳定运行产生影响。基于因碳刷打火使部分碳刷烧毁造成停机事故,认真深入分析、总结碳刷打火原因及对实际案例处理方法,以提升水电站安全稳定运行水平为目标,为励磁系统卓有成效的维护和检修提供了参考。The normal operation of the carbon brush-slip ring device in a hydro-turbine generator unit directly affects the operation of the excitation system,thereby affecting the safe and stable working of the unit.The unit shutdown accidents caused by the burnout of the carbon brushes due to carbon brush sparking are analyzed.The causes of the carbon brush sparking problem and some treatment measures adopted in practical cases are summarized to improve the safe and stable operation level of the stations.It provides useful reference for the effective maintenance and repair of the excitation systems.
