摘  要:【目的】筛选光合能力强、产量高的绿豆品种(系)。【方法】在绿豆花荚期,系统研究32个品种(系)的光合性状,结合产量相关性状,分析绿豆光合性状间及光合性状与产量间的关系。【结果】光合性状在不同绿豆品种(系)之间存在显著差异;主成分分析中,前2个主成分的累计贡献率达91.361%,第1主成分主要反映蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(G_(s))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))和水分利用率(WUE)的信息,第2主成分主要反映净光合速率(Pn)的信息;聚类分析将32个绿豆品种(系)聚为3类,第Ⅱ类群的6份材料具有较高的P_(n)、G_(s)、C_(i)和T_(r)。【结论】绿豆品种(系)吉绿3号和冀绿2号的光合性状和产量性状表现较好,适于在生产中推广应用。[Purpose]To select the mung bean varieties(lines)with strong photosynthetic ability and high yield.[Methods]The photosynthetic characteristics of 32 mung bean varieties(lines)were investigated at the flowering and pod stage.The correlations among photosynthetic characteristics and between photosynthetic characteristics and yield were analyzed,combining with yield-related traits.[Results]There were significant differences in photosynthetic characteristics among different mung bean varieties(lines).Principal component analysis showed that:the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components was 91.361%,the first principal component mainly reflected the information of transpiration rate(T_(r)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)and water use efficiency(WUE),and the second principal component mainly reflected the information of net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)).The 32 mung bean varieties(lines)were clusted into three groups by cluster analysis,six materials from groupⅡwith higher P_(n),G_(s),C_(i)and T_(r).[Conclusion]The mung bean varieties(lines)of Jilyu No.3 and Jilyu No.2 show better photo-synthetic characteristics and yield traits,and they are suitable for popularization and application in production.
