摘　　要：第23届国际法庭科学大会于2023年11月21日至24日在澳大利亚悉尼召开。作为国际法庭科学领域最具影响力的学术交流平台,来自全球70多个国家和地区的1 700多名学者参会,会议交流论文700余篇,壁报展示论文300余篇。大会围绕“从此处向何处”的主题,设立4个主题报告全体会议和24个专题报告分会场,系统展示了国际法庭科学的前沿技术、科学研究、证据价值、伦理风险和质量保证等。大会特别关注数字化转型对法庭科学带来的挑战,探讨《悉尼宣言》对法庭科学产生的附加价值,在审思和批判中展望“向何处”的前行方向。The 23rd Triennial Meeting of the International Association of Forensic Sciences was held in Sydney,Australia from November 21 to 24,2023.As the most influential academic communication platform in forensic science,over 1700 registered delegates from more than 70 countries and regions around the world attended this conference and presented more than 700 oral presentations and more than 300 digital posters.Focused on the theme of“Where to from Here”,the conference set up 4 plenary sessions and 24 breakout sessions in 4 days,which systematically demonstrated the cutting-edge technologies,scientific research,value of evidence,ethical risks and quality assurance of forensic sciences worldwide.The conference paid particular attention to the challenges posed to forensic science caused by the digital transformation,explored the added value of the Sydney Declaration,and looked forward to the direction of“Where to from Here”in the context of reflection and critique.
