地方高校智库参与区域协同创新的功能定位与路径选择

摘　　要：中国正处于区域协同蓬勃发展的重要机遇期,党和政府高度重视各类智库在区域协同创新中的作用,这为地方高校智库参与区域协同创新提供了广阔的政策与发展空间。地方高校智库参与区域协同创新,要从地方高校属性和资源优势入手,确立高校智库的战略和服务定位,以区域资政服务需求,确立高校智库的功能定位。此外,地方高校智库还要以打造研究共同体、完善组织保障机制、优化协同创新机制等方式,打造高端化智库品牌,推动地方高校智库的高质量发展。At present,China is in an important opportunity period for regional coordinative development.The Party and the government attach great importance to the role of various think tanks in regional coordinated innovation,which provides broad policy and development space for local college think tanks to participate in regional collaborative innovation.To make local college think tanks participate in regional collaborative innovation,it is necessary to establish the strategic and service positioning of college think tanks by starting with the attributes and resource advantages of local colleges and universities,and establish the functional positioning of college think tanks by the needs of regional assets and political services.In addition,local colleges and universities think tanks need to create a high-end think tank brand and promote the high-quality development of local college think tanks by creating a research community,improving the organizational guarantee mechanism,and optimizing the coordinated innovation mechanism.
