摘  要:为给多跨非对称钢-混混合梁桥设计与施工提供参考,以一座4跨非对称钢-混混合梁桥——龙翔大桥主航道桥为背景,采用有限元软件建立该桥杆系结构有限元模型,分析不同合龙顺序、钢箱梁长度对该桥成桥后线形和内力的影响,以及9个关键参数对预拱度及合龙口纵向变形的影响。结果表明:合龙顺序对成桥线形和内力的影响较小,该桥采用2个中跨依次合龙的施工顺序;各墩墩顶负弯矩绝对值和中跨跨中挠度随钢箱梁长度与中跨跨径之比k 1增大而呈线性减小,该桥k 1最终取0.371,中跨钢箱梁长75 m;钢箱梁自重和主梁混凝土弹性模量对预拱度影响较大,前者变化6%、后者变化10%时预拱度变化值分别约为15 mm和13 mm;环境温度对合龙口纵向变形影响较大,环境温度变化10℃时合龙口纵向变形变化12 mm。施工控制时应严格控制钢箱梁自重、主梁混凝土弹性模量,确保按设计温度合龙。This paper discusses the design and construction issues of the multi-span asymmetric steel-concrete hybrid girder bridge.The construction of Longxiang Bridge,a four-span asymmetric steel-concrete hybrid girder bridge,was numerically simulated with link elements,to analyze the effects of the installation sequences of key segments and steel box girder length on the alignment and internal forces of completed bridge,as well as the influences of 9 key parameters on the precamber of the superstructure and longitudinal deformations at the closure gaps.It is shown that the closure sequences have minor influence on the alignment and internal forces of the completed bridge,and the two central spans were closed one by one during construction.The absolute values of pier-top negative moments and the midspan deflections of main spans are linearly decreased as the length of the steel box girder and the side span to main span ratio k 1 increase,and the finally selected values of k 1 and steel box girder length in the main spans were 0.371 and 75 m,respectively.The self-weight of steel box girders and the elastic modulus of main girder concrete govern the precamber of the superstructure,when the former and the latter were changed by 6%and 10%,respectively,the corresponding variations of precambers were 15 mm and 13 mm.Ambient temperature is a critical influential factor of the longitudinal deformation of closure gap,with a variation of 10℃,the longitudinal deformation at the closure gap showed a change of 12 mm.The self-weight of steel box girders and the elastic modulus of main girder concrete should be strictly controlled,to ensure the closure be conducted at the design temperatures.
