摘  要:黄茅海跨海通道高栏港大桥为(110+248+700+248+110)m全飘浮体系双塔双索面斜拉桥,主梁为分体式钢箱梁,标准梁段重约370 t、最大悬臂拼装梁段重约468 t,采用桥面吊机进行悬臂拼装,施工阶段抗风问题突出。通过设置塔梁三向临时锚固抵抗施工过程中的不平衡力及力矩,有限元计算结果表明塔梁三向临时锚固均满足受力需求;在边跨侧设置抗风临时墩,并依据受力分析结果确定抗风临时墩的钢管桩选用∅1200 mm×12 mm,平联、斜撑选用∅426 mm×6 mm,施工阶段安全渡台;通过设置横断面预拱度保证了钢箱梁成桥横坡;采用反力牛腿法在被吊装梁段和已安装梁段匹配侧施加成对反力有效减小匹配高差,保证了钢箱梁的顺利匹配安装;边、辅墩墩顶前一梁段的斜拉索二次张拉后再进行合龙,避免了施工期间边、辅墩支座出现负反力;中跨采用单边起吊加配重和自然温差配切的合龙方式。The Gaolan Port Bridge of Huangmaohai Link is a cable-stayed bridge of a full floating system.The bridge has two pylons that create a main span of 700 m,two side spans of 248 m and two end spans of 110 m.The stay cables are fanned out in double cable planes.The superstructure consists of split steel box girders that were cantilever-assembled by deck cranes,where the typical girder segments weighed 370 t and maximum girder segments weighed 468 t.To ensure the wind-resistant safety of the bridge during construction,the pylons and the superstructure were temporarily anchored in three directions to accommodate the unbalanced forces and moments,and the mechanical property of the three-way temporary connection was numerically simulated for verification.Temporary wind-resistant piers were added in side spans,based on the analysis of the load bearing behaviors of which,it was determined to use the steel pipe piles of∅1200 mm×12 mm for the foundations of temporary piers,as well as steel tubes of∅426 mm×6 mm for lateral bracings and diagonals,to ensure the safety of the under-construction main bridge during typhoons.The steel box girders were precambered to ensure the transverse slopes of the deck after completion of bridge.When the under-hoisting segment and the already-installed segment were matched,the brackets were applied with paired reaction forces to effectively reduce the matching elevation differences.After the second-phase tensioning of segments adjacent to the pier-top segments in the side and auxiliary spans,the side and auxiliary spans were closed,to avoid the occurrence of negative reaction forces at the bearings on top of the side and auxiliary piers.The main span was closed after a series of operations,including single-sided hoisting,arranging counterweights,as well as matching and cutting under natural temperature difference.
