金蝉止痒胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗荨麻疹的观察研究

摘　　要：目的观察金蝉止痒胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法回顾性选择2021年5月—2023年5月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的100例荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组患者口服复方甘草酸苷片,3片/次,3次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服金蝉止痒胶囊,6粒/次,3次/d。两组连续服药30 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状恢复时间,生活质量评分(CU-Q2oL)和荨麻疹发作次数。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组总有效率(82.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状缓解时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CU-Q2oL评分和荨麻疹发作次数比治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金蝉止痒胶囊与复方甘草酸苷协同治疗效果确切,能有效缓解临床症状,并能有效减弱机体炎性反应,明显提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of urticaria.Methods Patients(100 cases)with urticaria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control(50 cases)and treatment(50 cases)group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,3 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group,6 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the symptom relief time,CU-Q2oL scores and the frequency of urticaria attacks in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CU-Q2oL score and the frequency of urticaria in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules is definite,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and can effectively reduce the body inflammatory response,significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
