暖宫孕子丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨暖宫孕子丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年9月在亳州市人民医院治疗的多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组患者在月经的第5天口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,1片/d,用药21 d为1个疗程,后停止用药,直至下次月经的第5天开始下一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。在对照组基础上,治疗组患者口服暖宫孕子丸,在月经的第5天开始服用,8丸/次,3次/d,用药12 d为1个疗程,后停止用药,直至下次月经的第5天开始下一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分,激素促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)和LH/促卵泡激素(FSH)水平,及自然妊娠率和早期流产率。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的腰酸腿软、畏寒肢冷评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者LH、T和FSH水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组自然妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论暖宫孕子丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕有较好的临床疗效,可改善患者的临床症状以及激素水平,增加自然妊娠率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Nuangong Yunzi Pills combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate in treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 88 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Bozhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and treatment group(44 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets on the fifth day of menstruation,1 tablet/d,21 days of medicine as a course of treatment,and then stopped until the fifth day of the next menstruation to start the next course,the treatment was a total of 3 courses.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Nuangong Yunzi Pills on the basis of the control group from the fifth day of menstruation,8 pills/time,three times daily,12 days of medicine as a course of treatment,and then stopped until the fifth day of the next menstruation to start the next course,the treatment was a total of 3 courses.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the levels of hormone LH,T and LH/FSH,and natural pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lumbar sore legs and soft legs,fear of cold and cold limbs in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,T and FSH in two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the natural pregnancy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that
