摘　　要：氢分子作为一种新型医学气体,已证明对特应性皮炎、银屑病、副银屑病、白癜风和扁平苔癣等多种自身免疫性皮肤病有效或具有潜在临床应用价值。这种治疗机制主要与氢分子的选择性抗氧化作用、抗炎作用和抗细胞凋亡作用有关。氢分子治疗自身免疫性皮肤病的给药方式多样,包括口服氢水、吸入氢气、静脉滴注含氢盐水、氢水泡浴和氢水含漱等多种方式。本文总结了氢分子在治疗自身免疫性皮肤病中的最新研究进展,为未来进一步相关的基础研究和临床研究提供启示。As a novel medical gas,hydrogen has shown therapeutic effects or potential values of clinical application in the treatment of autoimmune skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis,psoriasis,parapsoriasis,vitiligo and lichen planus.The mechanism of therapeutic effects is mainly the selective antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects of hydrogen.Hydrogen can be administered in a variety of ways to treat autoimmune skin diseases,including oral intake of hydrogen-rich water,inhalation of hydrogen gas,injection of hydrogen-rich saline,hydrogen-rich water bathing and hydrogen-rich water gargling.This paper reviews the latest research progress of hydrogen in the treatment of autoimmune skin diseases to establish strategies for future research and clinical application.
