摘  要:为了探讨邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)对植物生长发育的影响,以10叶期冬瓜(Benincasa hispida(Thunb.) Cogn)植株为材料,移栽于DEHP浓度为0.33 g/kg土壤中进行培养,在5~25 d等时取样,研究4种内源植物激素在叶片内的变化。结果表明,在DEHP处理下,4种内源激素处理组除ABA外含量均高于对照组。DEHP对冬瓜叶片IAA的增幅呈升—降—升—降而对ABA的降幅呈降—升—降—升;对GA3的增幅呈降—升—降而对ZR的增幅呈升—降—升的趋势,由此可知,在DEHP存在情况下,IAA与ZR、GA3与ABA存在拮抗作用。To investigate the effects of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)on the plant growth and development,wax gourd(Benincasa hispida(Thunb.)Cogn)plants were transplanted into the soil with the DEHP concentration of 0.33 g/kg.Isochronous sampling were taken between 5 to 25 days to study the changes of four endogenous plant hormones in leaves.The results showed that the contents of four endogenous hormones with DEHP treatment in wax gourd leaves were higher than that untreatment ones except the ABA.The increase ratio of IAA in wax gourd leaves was increase-decline-increase-decline while the decline ratio of ABA was decline-increase-decline-increase;meanwhile,the increase ratio of GA 3 in wax gourd leaves was decline-increase-decline while the increase ratio of ZR was on the opposite.It can be seen from the results,in the presence of DEHP,IAA antagonized ABA,GA 3 antagonized ZR.
