摘  要:[目的]探究不同基质配比对锯箬棕幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以锯箬棕幼苗为试验材料,利用21种不同基质进行育苗,对锯箬棕的生长发育状况及各项指标(SPAD、叶片数、株高、叶长、叶宽)进行比较分析,筛选出适合锯箬棕育苗的基质组合。[结果]不同基质配方对锯箬棕幼苗除叶片数以外的指标的影响均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。基质13(园土∶河沙=1∶3)时,SPAD均值最大。同一叶片不同部位的叶绿素SPAD值有明显差异。基质9(园土∶蛭石=1∶3)时,叶片平均数最多。基质14(椰糠∶河沙=3∶1)时,株高平均值最高。[结论]经过SPSS主成分分析综合得分可知,基质14配比(椰糠∶河沙=3∶1)得分最高,为综合各项指标筛选出的最优基质配比。[Objective]In order to explore the effects of different substrate ratios on the growth of the seedlings of S.repens.[Method]21 different kinds of mixed substrate was applied as the substrate for the seedlings of the S.repens.The substrate suitable for the seedling of the S.repens was screened by measuring the growth indexes(SPAD,plant height,leave length,leave width,number of leaves)of the seedling of the S.repens.[Ressult]The results showed that,apart from the number of leaves,the effect of different substrates on growth indexes reached a significant level(P<0.05).The substrate of No.13(soil∶sand=1∶3)had the best growth on the SPAD of the seedlings.There were obvious differences of SPAD values among the different part of the same leaves.The substrate of No.9(soil∶vermiculite=1∶3)had the best growth on the number of leaves.The substrate of No.14(coconut coir∶sand=3∶1)had the best growth on plant height.[Conclusion]According to the comprehensive score obtained by principal component analysis,No.14(coconut coir∶sand=3∶1)had the highest score,which was the best substrate ratio for the growth of the S.repens selected by comprehensive indicators in this study.
