摘  要:[目的]探究该物种扦插生根机理,便于品种的快速繁殖及应用推广。[方法]以不同扦插基质类型、激素类型及激素水平组合测定地中海荚蒾扦插后0、5、10、15和20 d 5个时期的生根情况及不同营养物质、相关酶活性和内源激素等生理指标的变化趋势。[结果]扦插基质类型、外源激素类型及浓度对荚蒾扦插生根率、生根数及根长产生了极显著差异,蛭石、珍珠岩混合基质与NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)激素组合下地中海荚蒾的生根效果最好,其生根率、生根数和根长最高。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均呈上升—下降—上升的趋势,均在插后第5天达到峰值。过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现上升—下降—再上升的趋势,多酚氧化酶(PPO)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。4种内源激素(IAA、ABA、GA_(3)、ZR)含量变化较为复杂,呈波浪型变化。[结论]蛭石、珍珠岩混合基质与NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)激素组合的处理方式适用于地中海荚蒾的扦插。该研究开展的通过外源施加物质的方法提高扦插成活率提供了理论基础,也为地中海荚蒾南种北繁起到了促进作用。[Objective]To study the rooting and its influence factors during cuttage is benefit to reveal the rooting mechanism of V.tinus,and useful to the rapid propagation and application of varieties.[Method]We measured the changes of rooting,different nutrients,related enzyme activities and endogenous hormones at 0,5,10,15,and 20 days after cutting under different treatments of cuttage matrix type,hormone type and hormone level.[Result]The result showed that there were in rooting percentage,root number and root length among the types of cutting matrix,exogenous hormone and concentration with the best situation in the combination of vermiculite,perlite mixed matrix and NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)hormone.The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein showed up-down-up patterns with the peaks at 5 days after cutting.The activity of POD showed up-down-up pattern while the activities of PPO and IAAO showed up-down patterns.The changes of four endogenous hormones were complex showing wavy trends.[Conclusion]The combination of vermiculite,perlite mixed matrix and NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)hormone was suitable for cuttings of V.tinus seedling.This study provided a theoretical basis for the improvement of cuttage survival rate by using exogenous substances and promoted the propagation of introduction.
