摘  要:针对台区日线损率异常原因较多导致查找治理困难的问题,采用压降法计算台区日线损率理论值,根据日线损率与该理论值对比情况判定异常原因。当日线损率过大且存在波动时,判定类窃电因素引起;当日线损率过大且较为稳定时,判定关口计量误差或故障引起;当日线损率存在波动且其平均值与理论值接近时,判定计量设备时钟异常引起;当日线损率为负时,判定台区供电量少计引起。通过理论分析、台区线损测试仪应用等方法,证明以上结论的正确性。Reasons for abnormal daily line loss rate within a transformer area are diversified and complicated,which results in elevated difficulty of causal search and control of line loss anomalies.This study tentatively adopted the voltage drop method to calculate theoretical value of daily line loss rate,and determined the cause of anomaly by comparative analysis between theoretical and actual values.And it was obtained by analyses that the causal determination for electricity theft,gateway metering deviation or faults,clocking anomaly,and undercharge supply,can refer respectively to excess plus fluctuation,excess plus stability,fluctuation plus small average-to-theoretical value differences,and negative values,of daily line loss rate.The correctness of the aforementioned principles was proved through methods such as theoretical analysis and practical experiment with line loss testers.
